My favorite brunch spot in the city is Coobah! I am seriously obsessed with their eggs benedicto with crab cakes. It is amazing. Coobah is located in Southport off the Southport brown line stop. Not to mention the eggs benedicto comes with some pretty scrumptious tatter tots. I am a sucker for some good tots on a Sunday morning. Also did you see that bloody marry I posted below? If that isn’t enough to lure you in, I don’t know what is. The staff is very friendly as well. Over all a great experience!! I am so obsessed with the dish I found a similar recipe below.
