“Maybe mistakes are what make our fate… without them what would shape our lives? Maybe if we had never veered off course we wouldn’t fall in love, have babies, or be who we are. After all, things change, so do cities, people come into your life and they go. But it’s comforting to know that the ones you love are always in your heart… and if you’re very lucky, a plane ride away.” - Sex and the City
Yup. I can now say I have been there. Its a pretty cool feeling. I want to take another adventure soon. I think the travel bug has bit me.

I think one of the coolest places we got to visit on the trip was Little Italy. There was a neat feel to the atmosphere that other parts of town just did not have. You could find all of the Italian restaurants lined up throughout Mulberry street. You could hear the thick Italian accents through the streets as the men and servers tried to persuade you that their Italian food was the best. “Come inside, sit down here. We have the lowest prices and best food around.” We finally picked a place and man was the food good. I even ended dinner with a little flan. The next time you are strolling through New York, you have to check this block out.

Fabulous.
Such a big city. Such good friends.
Life is better in color.
Life is also better after a cocktail.

This ad is awesome. If you look closely you can see a guy climbing the advertisement. What a great ad for an energy drink.
You can see the original picture and how the inside is still very similar. Notice how the window is the original window, if you look closely through the flag.
We ate some lunch in the same room where the immigrants would eat. They had pictures in the center of each table. I thought this was cool.
A picture of the skyline from Ellis Island!
We got to eat some New York Style Pizza in Chelsea. We stopped by a little restaurant called Marino’s.

My best friend is currently interning at NBC in Rockefeller Plaza. You know what that means, right? Top of the Rock was a must! Look at that view, isn’t it just lovely?
