Can you believe it is already October? Where has the time gone? The last I remember it was summer and I was laying out on North Avenue Beach. Although fall does have its plus’s it still is just creaping closer to winter and everyone pretty much feels the same way about winter in Chicago. No bueno.
But Hello October its good to see you again.
This picture is my favorite. Turtle, turtle.
Ok so I am moving soon and we have a little dining area off of the kitchen. I think we are going to put a bar or high top cute table.
I am thinking about ideas to decorate the room. I want it to be a combination of bright colors. I am thinking about a bright picture and then on the table getting a vase to fill with flowers to compliment the picture…
I need your opion.. What picture do you like best? Joan Miro is a cool artist my friend Kelsey told me about. She painted the blue and yellow picture. The other two I found by an artist on Etsy from Chicago.
What are your thoughts?
“Passion. It lies in all of us. Sleeping … waiting … and though unwanted, unbidden, it will stir … open its jaws and howl. It speaks to us … guides us. Passion rules us all. And we obey. What other choice do we have? Passion is the source of our finest moments. The joy of love … the clarity of hatred … the ecstasy of grief. It hurts sometimes more than we can bear. If we could live without passion, maybe we’d know some kind of peace. But we would be hollow. Empty rooms, shuttered and dank. Without passion, we’d be truly dead.” — Joss Whedon
The Loop makes me happy. I took this picture on the boat while on the Architecture tour!
