Yes. It is Valentines Day and yes I stayed in last night to watch Romantic Comedies. I got some very angry text messages and phone calls that did not end until about 2. But, in all honesty I enjoyed staying in all weekend. Call me lame but I have been so busy that sometimes I just need some time to myself. It gets overwhelming always being on the go.

While staying in last night I started pondering why I hate Valentines Day more than any other holiday. It is not that hard to figure out. Everyone going on dates, getting flowers, and going to movies. Yes I will admit jealousy. I want some goddamn chocolate and preferably not from my mother. Will there ever come a day where I actually look forward to Valentines Day? Time can only tell…. but I hope so.

As I lay in bed snuggled up under 4 layers of blankets I finally admitted to myself that it would be nice to have a guy to watch movies and hang out with all night. But this always happens around Valentines day right? It just must be the winter months. The time when I loose the desire to go out. Right? Whatever it is I believe I will always enjoy hanging out with others and being social. It is in my blood. However as I grow older I want someone to experience things with, someone who can just hang…. (on my level of course)

Well sorry I got sidetracked. Go figure. That is what happens when I start writing.  Well I watched Moulin Rouge last night and I freaking love that movie!
