camillemoore: Can you believe it is already October? Where has the time gone? The last I remember it was summer and I was laying out on North Avenue Beach. Although fall does have its plus’s it still is just creaping closer to winter and everyone pretty much feels the same way about winter in Chicago. No bueno. Man my bed looks way better than going out. They weren’t joking when they said the city hibernates in the winter. I mean its artic out. I run to the bus stop praying that the 36 or 22 will be pulling up 2 seconds later. I have been pretty darn lucky. I just have no desire to get dressed up and travel through the North Pole to drink. People have been trying to lure me out with specials, guys, and peer pressure. It has almost worked…  Then I think about how I will have to haul my dang parka, gloves, and scarf along with me . Not to mention having to risk loosing my coat and freezing to death ( That would be a very painful way to go) But as of now I think laying in bed watching some movies on my laptop sounds perfect.
